These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Requented website at requented.com and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Ez Licence Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using any part of the Requented Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age required to hold a learner permit in your state or territory) and that you accept these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-site notification.
Requented is an online booking platform that connects learner drivers with accredited driving instructors across Australia. We facilitate the scheduling and payment of driving lessons but do not directly provide driving instruction. Each instructor operates as an independent professional, and the quality and delivery of lessons are their responsibility. Requented acts solely as an intermediary between learners and instructors.
To book lessons through Requented, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update your details if they change. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in breach of these Terms.
When you book a driving lesson through the Platform, you enter into a direct arrangement with the selected instructor. Requented processes payments on behalf of instructors using secure third-party payment gateways. All prices displayed on the Platform are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your lesson, including the date, time, pick-up location, and instructor contact information.

Instructors may also cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), Ez Licence Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, personal injury during a driving lesson, or any disputes between learners and instructors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
All content on the Requented Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the underlying code, is the property of Ez Licence Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
