At Requented, operated by Ez Licence Pty Ltd, we want every learner driver to have a positive experience. We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes a lesson needs to be cancelled. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund when you cancel a driving lesson booked through our platform.

Cancellation Windows

The timing of your cancellation determines your refund eligibility:

Instructor-Initiated Cancellations

If your instructor cancels a lesson for any reason, including illness, vehicle issues, or severe weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook with the same or a different instructor at no extra cost. We aim to notify you of any instructor-initiated cancellation as early as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Refunds are not available for lessons that have been fully completed, or where a learner was dismissed from a lesson due to behaviour that posed a safety risk to the instructor or other road users.

Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

Lessons purchased using gift cards or promotional credits are subject to the same cancellation windows above. However, eligible refunds for gift card purchases will be returned as platform credit rather than to a payment card. Promotional credits that were issued free of charge (e.g., referral bonuses) are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Requented account and navigate to your booking history.
  2. Select the lesson you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Booking".
  3. If you are within the eligible cancellation window, the refund will be processed automatically.
  4. For any issues or special circumstances, contact our support team at info@requented.com with your booking reference number and the reason for your request.

Processing Times

Once a refund is approved, please allow the following processing times:

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or card issuer first, then contacting us at info@requented.com.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the law, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
